1. Initial contact

The initial contact is the first step in getting your dreams into reality. Filling out or form in the ‘Contact Us’ tab is the best way for us to get an idea of what you are looking for. You can also call or email us as well and we would be happy to talk. Generally, over email we would set up a time to meet or if you decided to give us a call, we can set up a meeting over the phone. The initial contact gives us a good idea of what you are looking for and when you are looking to have your renovation completed.

2. Consultation Meeting

We will meet on site for a consultation meeting to review the scope of work, ideas, wishes and investment amount. We may provide you with ideas, advice, and take measurements and photos of the site to develop an accurate price estimate and potential design options.

3. Design

During this time, we will wok to find a design that fits your budget and what you get. We will try our best to incorporate as many of your ideas as possible while staying within budget. If we do go over the budget during the design process, we will consult you to see if you would like to cut the cost of a certain element or continue with the original plan.

4. Proposal Meeting

Once the design is completed and we know all the details of the project we will produce an accurate fixed price quotation for the entire project and construction documents. We will meet in person to go over this quotation. If you are happy with the price and how the design looks, we will schedule the project and set up a date to begin the renovation process.

5. Pre-Construction Meeting

Approximately 2-3 weeks before the construction begins, we will meet with you again to go over the design and timeline of the renovation. During this stage we will help assist you with material selection (e.g. Flooring, countertops, paint colours) from recommended suppliers.

6. Construction

The time has finally come for your home to be one step closer in becoming your dream home. During the construction process we will keep you updated about dates subcontractors will be arriving and what days the work will progress. If we run into an unexpected cost, we will inform you as this will cause the price of the initial quote to change. At the end of the day we will also ensure the job site is clean and organized at the end of the day.

7. Post Construction Meeting

Once the project is completed, we will meet in person to discuss in detail how everything went, what you liked most and the least about working with Eastbridge Craftsmen. Assuming everything went well we would love to ask you to share your thoughts on your new beautiful renovation online.
